Contracted services are any services where an agreement is made between Iron Pixie Networking and our clients for specific services. Usually this is in the form of a specific project or a support commitment. For contracted services, rates are determined on a case by case basis, and Iron Pixie will usually agree to a lower rate than normal based on a promised amount of work.
